Thursday marks the beginning of the 2010 Ricoh Women’s British Open. I know many of you don’t get to watch a lot of golf, but this is one of my favourite LPGA events to watch.

Held at Royal Birkdale GC in Northern England, the field this year will be fierce including two Canadian’s, Lisa Meldrum and Alena Sharp.

One player I particularly enjoy watching is Paula Creamer. She always has a smile on her face, yet a competitive sparkle in her eye. She is able to successfully balance the demands of practicing, training, travel, and sponsor relations with grace and poise.
